Back On The Right Track

Hi guys,

I know I posted yesterday, but what can I say, I have inspiration! Today is not a list post, it’s a thoughtful post.

I feel like I am coming back! A few weeks ago I had posted about being overwhelmed, off track. But now with the new month, I am turning that around. I have been getting up earlier and going to bed earlier. I am journaling daily and working out daily, I am even seeing a slight improvement in my blog audience (thank you very much) it feels quite great. It’s not easy, it takes time and effort. However to me, it’s all worth it, I keep finding inspiration on who I want to be and what I want to do. and it becomes easier every day.

I believe that with the new month and the Quarter-Year mark approaching, it’s a good time to sit and think of our goals, clear some of them up, maybe generalize or even plan out how you will achieve what you have chosen to work on. Maybe take the time to review or create a proper routine. Maybe make time for yoga daily, or change your wake up time!

I hope this has made you reflect a little on yourself. I also hope that you didn’t mind this more philosophical type of article. I will not make it long, I know it can be a lot to read paragraphs on other people’s thoughts.
